Description
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Support the management team in training and developing staff members.
- Help maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Address customer complaints and feedback to enhance overall dining experience.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in a related role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, Strong team player
- Skills and Competencies: Operations management knowledge
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting in managing restaurant operations
