Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding cleanliness and service standards. This role focuses on leading the team, enhancing guest experience, and ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet

- Supervise day-to-day outlet operations during assigned shifts

- Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality

- Lead and guide service crew and junior staff

- Ensure staff follow SOPs, grooming, and service standards

- Assist in training and onboarding new employees

- Supervise service floor staff to deliver interactive BBQ service

- Ensure proper grilling assistance is provided when required to enhance guest experience

- Monitor table readiness, cleanliness, and reset efficiency

- Oversee daily operations and ensure all service procedures and cost control policies are followed

- Ensure both FOH and BOH areas are maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and tidiness

- Conduct daily briefings and provide updates on reservations, events, and promotions

- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely food delivery"
