Restaurant Supervisor

Role Overview

Ju Private Dining is looking for a capable and service-oriented Supervisor. The ideal candidate is comfortable working night shifts, has strong leadership and communication skills, and is committed to delivering a warm, attentive and memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth, timely service.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to manage service timing, menu changes, dietary requirements, and special guest requests.
• Welcome guests and provide professional, personalised hospitality throughout their experience.
• Ensure the team understands the menu and can confidently explain dishes, ingredients, and beverage options.
• Monitor table settings, dining-room presentation, cleanliness, and overall ambience.
• Handle guest feedback and service issues professionally and promptly.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, private events, and special occasions when required.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, hygiene, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Assist with stock checks and the control of beverages, service equipment, tableware, and operating supplies.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including payment reconciliation where applicable.
• Report operational issues, maintenance needs, and guest feedback to management.
• Assist management with improving service procedures and the overall guest experience.
