We are a fast-growing marine aquarium and coral retail store dedicated to providing hobbyists and collectors with high-quality marine fish, corals, and aquarium supplies. We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Executive.

Responsibilities

1. Serve and assist walk-in customers in the shop.

2.Handle customer inquiries, orders, and sales transactions.

3. Provide professional product recommendations and after-sales support.

4. Build and maintain good relationships with both new and existing customers.

5. Ensure shop cleanliness, display arrangement, and product knowledge are up to date.

Requirements

1. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Able to communicate in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin (spoken & written) is an added advantage.

3. Positive working attitude, responsible, and self-motivated.

4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

1. Basic Salary: RM2,000 + Attractive Commission
