Requirements:
1. Content Monitoring - Monitor content governance risk of payment acquiring merchants per aligned SOP via measures including but not limited to Open Research, Actual testing and Framework review - Define and communicate risk remediation plan on observed risks with commercial team per approved guidelines - Oversee the remediation status of high risk merchants and escalate out-of-appetite merchants for further review and risk mitigation - Review contents of partner applications such as Google, Apple, Tiktok. Also known as UGC (User generated content) review - Requires testing using voice/video of the applications 2. SOP & product enhancement - Identify process and policy enhancement opportunity based on first-hand review feedback - Coordinate with cross-functional team for policy optimization - Work with product and cross-functional team to streamline review process and tools with improved productivity

Details:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, such as compliance investigation, content governance monitoring and platform governance, preferably within the sector of social media apps or AIi content generation apps. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a team High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion. Strong analytical and investigative skills. No night shift or shift work required.
