Accounts Executive

About the role

As a Mandarin-speaking Account Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for managing a full set of accounts and cash flow. You will ensure accurate financial records, timely month-end closing, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What you'll be doing

• To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
• 处理完整的账目和现金流管理
• To handle accounts receivables and account payables
• 处理应收账款和应付账款
• Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
• 确保按时完成月度账目结算
• Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
• 处理文件归档，保持记录并确保准确的文件归档
• To handle monthly bank reconciliations
• 处理月度银行对账
• Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
• 准备相关公司的交易并确保对账项目得到妥善跟进
• To prepare, analyse and report financial results
• 准备、分析和报告财务结果
• Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• 确保会计记录和系统符合公司政策、批准的会计准则和法定要求

What we're looking for

• Fluent in Mandarin and Basic English (both spoken and written)
• 精通中文与基本英语（口语与书写）
• Minimum Educational Requirements diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field required
• 最低学历要求拥有会计或相关领域的文凭/学位
• At least 3 years of related experience
• 拥有至少三年会计工作经验
• Able to handle full set of account
• 能够处理Full Set Account
• Knowledge in SST and taxation
• 对SST和税务有一定的知识
• Perform responsibilities without supervision
• 能够在无监督下独立履行职责
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• 具备良好的沟通技巧
