Job Description:

• Coordinate and perform full set of accounts and to ensure timely closing of monthly accounts;
• Perform journal entries and make necessary adjustments accordingly;
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenditures;
• Update, reconcile and administer the fixed assets record, and to prepare and maintain supporting schedules;
• Assist in the preparation of other company’s supplementary reports on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis for management, audit and statutory purposes.
• Perform in the issuance of Debit Notes and Credit Notes of the company and maintain the filing system on systematic and timely manner.
• Compliance with the statutory requirement.
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent by providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience specializing in GL reporting and full set of account is required;
• Experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Communication and problem solving skill.
