JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with customer, Issue quotation, sales order confirmation, letter of payment and sales contract.
• Key in sales order in SAP system.
• Received customer PO and check stock as well.
• Liaise with transporter and arrange transport for customer.
• Liaise with account department and production.
• Liaise & update with customer about the delivery of goods.
• Prepare monthly K2 report.
• Other duties if required by superior and Management from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• (need communicate with Chinese customer from China & Singapore)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Having basic computer skills and good in MS Office.
• Proven experience in sales coordinator / shipping clerk or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
• Positive working attitude, coordinate and work independently.
• Full-Time (1) permanent position is available, 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri).
