Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for promoting and selling the Lawnet and managing a healthy sales pipeline to consistently hit annual revenue targets.
• Proactively identify potential clients (lawyers,firms,in-house cousel) through research,networking, and cold calling to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conducting tailored presentations and online or in-person demonstration to showcase the features and benefits of the Lawnet portal, such as case law research, legislative searches, and legal forms.
• Assessing customers needs to recommend the most suitable subscription packages or additional legal products or services, focusing on value-added selling rather than just closing a deal.
• Building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with subscribers to encourage renewals, repeat business and referrals.
• Handling contract negotiations and finalizing subscription agreements to achieve or exceed monthly or annual sales quota.
• Researching competitors and monitoring industry trends to provide feedback on market needs,improving Lawnet's market positioning.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service by following up with clients, resolving issues, and assisting with onboarding to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve client acquisition and retention.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related disciplines.
• Candidates with sales, business development, customer service, or consulting experience will have an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in the legal industry or legal services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with a passion for building client relationships and achieving results.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings when required.
