Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
• Present and explain life insurance and financial protection plans in a clear, professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Assist in generating new business leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company training modules.
• Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy and client onboarding.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages such as Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin are a plus.
