Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up all incoming leads (WhatsApp, calls, social media, walk-in).
• Contact potential clients and secure appointments (site visit or outside meeting).
• Arrange and attend meetings at client site, showroom, or external locations.
• Understand client needs, lifestyle, budget, and project scope.
• Present interior design consultation (IDC) and company services clearly to clients.
• Drive and close sales by converting leads into confirmed IDC bookings.
• Build trust and maintain good relationship with clients throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with Interior Designer team after successful closing for project handover.
• Consistently follow up with prospects until deal is closed.
• Achieve monthly sales targets (appointments set, show-up rate, closing rate).

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing / Interior Design or related field
• Experience in sales (interior design/property/renovation is an advantage)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Aggressive, target-driven, and confident in closing deals
• Willing to travel and meet clients (site/outdoor appointments)
• Own transport is preferred
