About the role

Join JAYA AUTO WORLD SDN BHD' as a full-time Sales Advisor based in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales of our high-quality automotive products and services.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products and services
2. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers in a professional and persuasive manner
3. Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales transactions
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, pricing, and promotions
5. Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
6. Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and goals for the team

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
4. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
6. Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales or automotive technology would be an advantage
