Job Description
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related sales documents.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Support sales activities such as preparing reports, presentations, and sales data.
