MSP METROLOGY (M) SDN BHD is proactively seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Johor Branch. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background and a passion for industrial solution sales, customer relationship management, and business development in metrology and material testing systems.

What do we need you to do?

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in metrology and material testing solutions.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with the application team for equipment demonstrations and testing.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

What do we need from you?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical sales, preferably in metrology, testing equipment, or related industrial solutions.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment sales, solution selling, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets independently.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Willing to travel when needed.
