Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in calibration, testing, and certification services across Malaysia.
2. Promote laboratory services (ISO/IEC 17025 calibration, testing, proficiency testing) to industrial clients.
3. Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and service solutions to customers.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Conduct client visits, site meetings, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
6. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
7. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
8. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
9. Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and follow-ups.
10. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in calibration/testing laboratory or related technical sales services.
3. Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, etc.) is an advantage.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Malay is an added advantage).
5. Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
7. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
8. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
9. Willing to travel within Malaysia for client visits and business development.
10. Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
