About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AV Event Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for audiovisual (AV) event solutions. This role focuses on developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored AV solutions for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and live productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and AV industry

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners

• Develop customized AV proposals based on client needs and event requirements

• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches

• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities

• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AV sales, event sales, or a related industry

• Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment and event production processes

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with corporate events, exhibitions, or live productions

• Established network within the events or hospitality industry

• Technical understanding of sound, lighting, and video systems
