Job Description
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key fleet customers, corporate clients, logistics companies, and government agencies
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and sales volume targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across fleet, logistics, construction, and transportation sectors
- Expand market share in the commercial vehicle industry
- Manage major accounts including large fleet operators and institutional clients
- Lead contract negotiations for tenders, commercial agreements, and long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with aftersales, service, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer support and delivery
- Work closely with dealer networks in China and distributors in Malaysia to support sales growth and operations
