Sales Manager

· Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in the construction sector (developers, contractors, consultants, architects, etc.)

· Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, and market research.

· Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate technical value.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts aligned with company policies.

· Support after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

· 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry (materials, equipment, construction services, MEP products, etc.)

· Strong network of industry contacts (developers, contractors, consultants).

· Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Must own Motorcycle or car is an advantage.

· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites/client meetings.
