- Manage and maintain relationships with pharmacy retail outlets
- Conduct visits to existing clients and cultivate new business
- Proactively generate sales leads and secure orders in Johor and surrounding regions
- Promote the company’s product portfolio and ensure a steady order pipeline
- Operate independently in accordance with company standards, SOPs, and guidelines
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams
- Execute all sales and customer engagement tasks as required by the company
