Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Pipeline Execution: Manage prospects, log daily activity, track opportunity stages, and execute structured follow-ups natively within Salesforce.
• Full-Cycle Lead Generation & Qualification: Prospect target accounts, run discovery calls, and qualify leads against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
• Consultative Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos and present ROI-driven business cases tailored to prospect pain points.
• Pipeline Hygiene: Keep deal stages, decision-maker contacts, and close dates updated daily in Salesforce for precise forecasting.

Success Profile Metrics

• Core KPI: 100%+ quota attainment on qualified opportunities and revenue targets.
• Activity & Hygiene Metric: 100% CRM data accuracy and zero stale opportunities (>14 days without logging updates) in Salesforce.
