岗位职责:
1.处理订单:接收、审核销售订单,制作发货单,跟踪订单进度直到完成发货。
2. 协调沟通:作为“中间人”,衔接销售、仓库、物流和财务部门,安排发货并反馈问题。
3. 管理单据与数据:准确录入订单数据,统计销售报表,归档和管理所有订单文件。
4. 服务客户:处理客户的订单咨询、发货查询等事宜,维护良好的客户关系。
基本任职要求:
1. 技能:熟练使用 Excel、Word 等办公软件,会操作ERP系统者优先。
2. 能力:工作严谨、细心、有责任心,避免出错;具备良好的沟通协调能力。
3. 经验:相关工作经验优先,但细心、好学的应届毕业生通常也可考虑。
4. 学历:中专、高中或以上学历。
5.中文,马来文要求听说读写。英文可看懂即可。
6.男女不限。
