Scope: ELV Sales (Extra Low Voltage)
- Menjual sistem seperti:
- CCTV & sistem keselamatan
- Access control (kad akses / biometrik)
- Sistem alarm
- PA system
- Structured cabling & networking
- Menilai keperluan keselamatan dan infrastruktur pelanggan
- Lawatan tapak untuk cadangan pemasangan
- Menyediakan sebut harga dan spesifikasi teknikal
- Berkoordinasi dengan pasukan teknikal untuk pemasangan
- Memberi demo atau penerangan sistem kepada pelanggan
- Menyediakan sokongan selepas jualan dan penyelenggaraan
- Mengurus proses dokumentasi (contoh: permohonan TNB / SEDA jika berkaitan)
- Follow-up pelanggan hingga closing deal
- Memantau kepuasan pelanggan selepas pemasangan (after-sales)
