Job Responsibilities

• Greet customer, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection

process.

• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous customer interactions to generate repeat

business.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales target set by the management.
• Prepare sales documentations and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with al necessary department to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Build an maintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and future sales.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: SPM (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
