Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements, map processes, conduct blueprinting workshops, and prepare functional specifications.
• Design, configure, customize, and test SAP PP-WM solutions aligned with manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective workaround and optimization solutions.
• Support production planning and manufacturing execution processes including Demand Management, MRP, Planning Strategies, Batch Management, Process Order Execution, and Master Data setup (BOM, Recipe, Production Version).
• Handle SAP integrations using IDocs, REST APIs, Web Services, and interfaces with external WMS, MES, ASRS, and planning applications such as JDA/I2.
• Perform data migration activities using LSMW and BODS tools.
• Lead at least one end-to-end implementation involving external WMS setup and SAP integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient SAP solutions.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP PP and WM modules with implementation and support expertise.
• Good understanding of manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in SAP integration technologies, interfaces, and third-party system connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with external WMS and ASRS integration projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
