  • Manage and schedule appointments for executives and staff.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding appropriately.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure information is easily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support during meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma and above
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year
  • Skills and Competencies: Time Management, Strong Work Ethic, Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, Attention to detail
