Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements across manufacturing processes
• Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications across modules such as PP, QM, IM/WM, and PM
• Support SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple project phases (build, test, deploy)
• Work closely with System Integrators (SI) and technical teams in delivery execution
• Participate in and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and resolution
• Assist in integration activities using SAP BTP / Integration Suite, ensuring smooth data flow between systems
• Support MES and manufacturing system integrations
• Validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of migrated data
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides
• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in ERP or enterprise system implementations
• Hands-on experience in at least two SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations (PP, QM, IM/WM, PM modules), preferably in manufacturing
• Experience with SAP BTP/Integration Suite, supporting integration testing, validation, and issue resolution
• Experience supporting MES and/or other manufacturing integrations
• Experience in SI-led delivery models through build, test, and deployment phases
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, and defect management
• Experience supporting data migration validation and reporting
• Understanding of manufacturing processes: Production, Quality, Inventory/Warehouse, Maintenance

Preferred:

• Experience in continuous or process manufacturing industries
• Exposure to MES or other manufacturing applications in integrated environments
