Due to ongoing business expansion, we are seeking experienced SEO specialists and paid advertising / user acquisition professionals to support long-term, sustainable user growth. This role is responsible for driving app growth through organic and paid channels, optimising traffic quality, and ensuring scalable, data-driven acquisition strategies. Depending on experience and traffic scale, the role may be structured as formal employment or a long-term partnership with revenue-sharing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Driving organic traffic growth through SEO strategies and best practices
• Planning and executing keyword research, content optimisation, and on-page/off-page SEO initiatives
• Managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across mainstream channels (e.g. native ads, ad networks, social media)
• Developing and expanding acquisition channels to increase user volume and retention
• Analysing performance data, conversion rates, and ROI to continuously improve efficiency
• Ensuring all growth activities are compliant, transparent, and sustainable

Job Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in SEO, paid advertising, or user growth / acquisition
• Strong understanding of major search engine algorithms and optimisation strategies (for SEO roles)
• Familiarity with mainstream paid acquisition channels; niche or advanced channel expertise is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to acquire real, high-quality, and retainable users with reliable data
• Solid analytical skills with a strong focus on traffic cost control, conversion efficiency, and ROI
• Data-driven mindset with strong sensitivity to performance metrics
• Ability to work independently and execute growth strategies over the long term
• Mandarin language proficiency and an IT or technical background are preferred
• Academic qualifications and background are not mandatory; practical skills and execution ability are prioritised
