We’re looking for a Senior SEO Expert & Team Lead to oversee and execute advanced SEO strategies for our premium client portfolio. This is a leadership role where you’ll drive strategy, audits, and task assignments while staying ahead of Google algorithm changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full SEO audits and build data-driven strategies for growth.
• Lead all aspects of SEO: technical, on-page, off-page, content optimization, and link-building.
• Assign and oversee SEO tasks for other team members.
• Monitor and adapt strategies to Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO alignment.
• Manage tools and reporting: GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console.
• Present strategy, reports, and results clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years SEO experience (agency or enterprise level).
• Proven track record with case studies, ranking improvements, and organic growth (must provide proof).
• Strong expertise in technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability, indexation.
• Experience leading SEO projects or teams.
• Deep understanding of E-E-A-T principles, backlinks, and modern SEO best practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
