Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a results-oriented SEO & PPC Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is responsible for managing paid search (Google Ads) and organic search (SEO) strategies to increase traffic, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident managing client campaigns independently while collaborating with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads.
• Conduct SEO audits and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure KPIs and ROI targets are met.
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize websites and landing pages for SEO and PPC performance.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC, SEO, and digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing Google Ads (PPC) campaigns and implementing SEO strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with clients and managing accounts independently.
• Certifications in Google Ads or relevant digital marketing platforms.
