Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Kiosk Crew member to join our private club's morning kiosk team. The ideal candidate will provide friendly service, handle basic food and beverage preparation, manage transactions, and maintain a clean kiosk area.

Job Responsibilities

· Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

· Take orders for drinks/food and prepare basic beverages or pre-packed items

· Operate the POS system and handle payments (cashless or cash)

· Always maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area

· Refill and restock items such as cups, condiments, and packaged goods

· Assist with basic opening and closing duties of the kiosk

· Ensure hygiene and safety standards are always followed

· Communicate politely and clearly with customers about menu items and promotions

· Report low stock levels or issues to supervisor in a timely manner

· SPM or equivalent qualification

· Previous experience in café, kiosk, F&B outlet, or service role preferred

· Basic food & beverage knowledge handling (training provided)

· Friendly personality with strong communication skills

· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small space

· Punctual, reliable, and responsible

· Able to work on weekends and public holidays (if required)

· Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
