Description
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control.
- Assist in resolving any on-site issues or changes in project scope.
- Report progress and submit daily reports to project management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and leadership skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various outdoor environments and may involve physical activities
