Site Supervisor

- To manage and oversee respective project operations daily and ensuring timely completion within budget while minimizing waste and risk.

- To attend client/consultant/site meetings and to coordinate, consults and keep them update on key decision points.

- Identify and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, attending meetings and providing regular updates.

- To prepare and enforce the Project Quality Plan (PQP) while maintaining daily site reports, proper documentation and inspections.

- To address any site discrepancies, resolve disputes, and identifying areas for improvement in project’s progress.

- To issue or obtaining AI, EI, SI, CVI prior to the commencement of work.

- To responsible for managing projects’ profitability and developing relationships with stakeholders.
