Description
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control standards.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in site supervision or construction management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD software and project management tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
