Position Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for on-chain development and maintenance of a decentralized derivatives trading platform, participating in the architectural design and technical implementation of core blockchain features.

2. Optimize on-chain interaction performance to ensure smart contracts are invoked and interacted with efficiently and accurately.

3. Focus on gas optimization to enhance smart contract performance.

4. Conduct testing and auditing of smart contracts to identify and remediate potential security vulnerabilities.

5. Collaborate closely with the team to understand requirements and implement features.

6. Continuously monitor the latest blockchain technologies, smart contract security practices, and DeFi trends, integrating cutting-edge solutions into current operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a solid computer science foundation.

2. At least 3 years of blockchain development experience, proficient in Solidity, familiar with Hardhat/Foundry frameworks for contract development and testing, and experienced with the OpenZeppelin library.

3. Experience in DeFi project development and a solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanisms.

4. Deep understanding of smart contract vulnerability types and familiarity with blockchain security and audit best practices.

5. Proven experience in smart contract performance optimization.

6. Excellent system analysis, problem diagnosis, and resolution skills, with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies.

7. Strong remote communication and collaboration skills, proven success in remote work, self-driven with a high sense of responsibility and effective time management.

8. Proficient in English reading and writing to seamlessly review technical documentation and engage in technical discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with trading systems.

2. Experience in Rust development.

3. Experience with cross-chain, Layer 2, or oracle development.

4. Active open-source contributor or author of technical blogs and presentations.
