· Produce ideas that make people go “Wait… who thought of this?!”

· Champion community engagement with personality, wit, and charm.

· Decode analytics like a social scientist and use data to supercharge creativity.

· Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and anyone who can help bring your crazy-brilliant ideas to life.

· Keep our content engine running smoothly calendars, assets, workflows, all flowing like a well-oiled creative machine.

Requirements

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar.

· 3–5 years experience managing social media or digital campaigns.

· Campaign planning, content creation, and paid advertising experience.

· Bonus: Experience in F&B or hospitality.

Technical Skills

· Proficient in Meta Business Suite & TikTok Business Center.

· Canva and basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills.

· Familiar with analytics dashboards and reporting tools.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
