We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads). You will be responsible for managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and running paid campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Develop and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI

Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives

Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules

Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and grow online communities

Track, analyze, and report social media and ad performance metrics

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and ad best practices

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

Knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking

Experience in content creation and copywriting for social media

Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)

Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads

Background in e-commerce, lead generation, or performance marketing

Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok)
