Job Responsibilities:

1. High-End Refinishing: Perform full body resprays and touch-ups to showroom standards

2. Expert Color Matching: Accurately mix and match paint colors using computerized systems and manual tinting.

3. Surface Preparation: Oversee high-quality sanding, masking, and priming to ensure a flawless finish.

4. Defect Rectification: Identify and fix paint defects (runs, orange peel, dust) to ensure zero-defect delivery.

5. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship and mentor junior painters if necessary.

6. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure spray booths and spray guns are kept in top professional condition.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in automotive spray painting.

2. Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of 2K paint systems, clear coats, and polishing techniques.

3. Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for color consistency and surface perfection.

4. Efficiency: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced body shop.
