We are looking for Recruiter (preffered Mandarin Speaker) to join our HR team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, and supporting hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to hiring
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare basic hiring reports

Job Requirements

• Language: Fluent in Bahasa , English and Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
