• In charge of the overall recruitment process that includes; job posting, sourcing, screening, initial and final interview, background checking, and job offer
• Identifies difficulties on job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach
• Ensure the update both candidates and operations regarding the hiring status
• Sourcing and Recruiting of best-fit candidates based on the Job requirements specifications
• Determine and analyze qualifications of candidates
• Ensure the delivery of candidates to meet the recruitment demands

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business course or Psychology
• Based in Visayas and Mindanao
• Preferably with relevant work experience in Operations
• With Strong Personality
• Willing to start immediately
