Our company is an e-commerce business, and we currently need a large number of Etsy stores to operate. Therefore, we need to recruit local people to help us find individuals who are willing to open Etsy stores. For each suitable candidate found, we will pay a $15 reward. There is no upper limit on the number of tasks. Additionally, if you find 30 people in a month, you will receive extra cash rewards.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and reach out to local individuals who are willing to open an Etsy store through various online and offline channels.
2. Explain the store opening requirements and cooperation model to potential candidates, and conduct initial screening.
3. Record and submit basic information of qualified candidates, and coordinate with the company for follow-up.
4. Report monthly recruitment numbers and track reward distribution.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with the local community or social circles, with good networking and communication skills.
2. Basic understanding of e-commerce or the Etsy platform, able to clearly explain store opening requirements.
3. Proactive and goal-oriented, able to work towards monthly targets.
4. No strict education or work experience requirements; experience in sales, promotion, or field marketing is a plus.
