Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to MIXUE standards.
• Handle cashier duties and customer orders accurately.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and equipment.
• Support daily store operations and team coordination.
• Follow SOPs, safety, and food handling procedures.

Job Requirements

1. Aged 18–30 years, male & female welcome.
2. Preferably minimum 1 year experience in F&B or chain beverage brands
3. Candidates with Assistant Manager / Store Manager experience will be given priority.
4. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
5. Mandarin is an added advantage.
6. Own personal transportation and flexible for daily commute and emergency work arrangements.
7. Positive attitude, team player, and willing to grow long-term in the beverage industry.
