- Lead and manage M&E engineering projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate project schedule, budget, and resources.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Monitor project progress and report performance.
- Identify risks and implement solutions.
- Improve engineering processes and best practices.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers.
Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, speaking and writing) is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
