Technician (Supervisor), Test Center

What you'll doing

• Carry out materials, mechanical and performance tests based on prescribed methods and standards.
• Prepare and configure test setups, ensuring correct operation of instruments, fixtures, and tools.
• Accurately document results, observation, and deviations, assist in analyzing test outcomes for reporting purposes.
• Follow safety protocols, use appropriate PPE, and maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Raw and processed data from materials, mechanical and performance tests, recorded according to procedure.
• Structured reports detailing test conditions, methods, observation, results, and conclusions.
• Identification of whether a tested sample meets the specified standards or fails to comply, with documented evidence.
• Completed checklists ensuring that equipment is safe and ready for use prior to testing.

What we're looking for

• Diploma holder in mechanical, automotive, material, electric or electronic engineering field or equivalent.
• Understand in laboratory testing equipment and methodologies.
• Familiarity with engineering or R&D testing protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to clearly report findings and provide actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Ability to trouble shooting and repairing machine or equipment.
