JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.

·        Introduce and promote company products or services to potential clients.

·        Identify customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

·        Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.

·        Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.

·        Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments.

·        Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

·        Adhere to company scripts, guidelines, and compliance regulations.

·        Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer acquisition.

·        To perform other duties as assigned.

Skill:

·        Proven experience as a telemarketer.

·        Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

·        Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
