JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To generate and qualify potential leads for renovation projects, Airbnb units, and tenant prospects through telemarketing, social media outreach, and proactive engagement, with

the main KPI focused on securing qualified appointments.

1.     Source and identify potential leads related to renovation projects, Airbnb property owners, and tenant prospects through social media platforms and online channels.

2.     Conduct telemarketing cold calls using provided scripts and lead lists to introduce company services and identify potential clients.

3.     Create and post content on social media platforms to attract property owners, landlords, and individuals who may require renovation or Airbnb management services.

4.     Respond to incoming messages, inquiries, and comments from social media platforms and other communication channels to convert them into potential leads.

5.     Arrange and confirm appointments with qualified prospects for consultation or meetings with the relevant team, ensuring appointment targets (KPI) are achieved.

6.     Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on calling activities, social media leads, appointment numbers, and overall lead generation performance.

Skill:
