Responsibilties:

You will manage a dedicated portfolio of existing credit cardholders and introduce high-demand financial flexibility programs:

• Balance Transfers: Help customers consolidate their card balances into lower-interest structures.

• Cash Transfers / Cash On Call: Guide existing cardholders on how to convert their available credit limit into immediate cash options.

• Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with existing bank customers, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
