Speech Therapist (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Job Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across all age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patients' needs and clinical goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
• Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate effectively with doctors, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with professional ethics, clinical guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of assigned clinical services and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Speech & Language Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.
• Valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (renewable every 2 years).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
