- Design and deliver engaging training programs to upskill our F&B team in areas such as menu knowledge, food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to company standards
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees, providing constructive feedback and mentorship to support their professional development
- Collaborate with the F&B management team to identify training needs, develop training strategies, and implement best practices
- Maintain detailed training records and documentation to track progress and optimize future training initiatives
- Assist in the onboarding and integration of new F&B team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
