• Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement franchise recruitment strategies to support business expansion
• Identify and engage potential franchisees through market research, networking, and existing resources
• Conduct business negotiations, address inquiries, and finalize franchise agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and legal to ensure smooth onboarding and store setup
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain a strong database of high-potential leads and franchise partners

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in franchise recruitment, business development, or sales
• Background in the F&B, retail, or chain restaurant industries is highly preferred
