硬性条件要求：
1.简历方向：重点挖掘人在国内，有过大厂UI履历的候选人；
2.行业要求：近2年在海外做过BC/体育/游戏项目或相关背景的均不考虑；
3.设计方向：作品需要以 UI 设计为主，纯视觉 / 平面设计背景的均不考虑；
岗位职责
1、负责公司核心产品（Web / App / 小程序等）的整体 UI 视觉设计与优化升级
2、参与设计规范与设计系统（Design System）的搭建与维护
3、深度参与产品需求讨论，提供专业的交互与视觉解决方案
4、运用 AI 工具提升设计效率，包括但不限于：
·使用 AI 进行界面草图生成、创意发散，视觉表达及设计提案输出
·推动设计流程升级，探索 AI + 设计的新工作模式
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，设计类相关专业优先
2、3 年以上 UI / 视觉设计经验，有成熟线上产品案例（硬性要求）
3、精通 Figma / Sketch / Adobe/ Photoshop / Illustrator 等设计工具
4、具备良好的用户体验意识和交互理解能力
5、具备完整的设计系统构建经验优先
6、优先国内大厂经验
AI 能力要求（重点）
1、熟练使用主流 AI 工具提升设计效率，例如：
ChatGPT / Claude（用于设计思考与文案优化）
Midjourney / Stable Diffusion（视觉创意生成）
Runway / AI 视频工具（动态视觉探索）
2、有 AI + 设计落地项目经验者优先
